We are so
confident that you will love each and every item that you
receive from Linda's Chocolates, Inc. that we offer a full
refund, if for any reason you are not totally satisfied.
Most orders are shipped by UPS or
the United States Postal Service within 3 days after they
are received by Linda's Chocolates. UPS does not deliver
on Saturdays and neither service delivers on Sunday. If a
later delivery date is requested, please either place it
in the comments section of the order form or call us to discuss.
More time may be necessary for large quantity orders or
for those that require customizing. A shipment date time-frame
will be furnished for large and/or customized orders at
time of placement. You are welcome to check on the status
of your order (an e-mail will be sent to you verifying the
order shipment date and when delivery can be expected).
Local delivery is available in Rockland County, NY. Depending
on time of order, same day delivery may be available.
Deliveries can be made to Rockland County hospitals. A
$20 delivery fee will be charged per delivery.
Overnight
or next-day delivery is required. Otherwise, we cannot
guarantee your order will arrive in good condition. Also,
please be aware that it may take an additional day.
We cannot be responsible for delays in the delivery of
Linda's Chocolates due to weather conditions, acts of
God or any other delay not caused by Linda's Chocolates.
Deliveries to hospitals are only available in Rockland
County, New York. We do not recommend shipping chocolates
to hospitals. Often they go to a general receiving area
and we cannot guarantee when the patient will receive
the chocolates. Also, we cannot be responsible in the event
that a patient checks out before receiving the delivery.
No refunds will be given for chocolates not received.
Sales tax is charged on all orders delivered in New
York State only. Sales tax is charged to customers with
shipping addresses in New York State. New York State requires
that sales tax be applied to both your product purchase
and the cost of shipping. Because of New York State's
various sales tax rates, the tax shown at checkout is approximate
only. Adjustments will be made to the sales tax rate
after check-out, if necessary, to comply with the laws of
New York State. Please note, this may result in your final
total appearing different than your shopping cart total.
